Delivery

All items are tracked & dispatched within 1-5 working days, when your item has been shipped you will be informed by email. We use Royal Mail or Evri when delivering your item(s) and it usually takes 2-3 days. 

Furthermore, Afro Dtangler assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

Returns Policy

Afro Dtangler accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products also needs to be returned in original packaging.

No products may be returned to Afro Dtangler without the prior written consent of Afro Dtangler. An email should be sent to info@afrodtangler.co.uk, including full name, address and order number.

All returns must be made by the customer who will be responsible for any return fee. We advised that all items returned to us must be tracked to avoid any disappointments regarding items getting lost in transit.
